This journey takes around 3 to 4 hours and you will observe a drop in temperature while ascending uphill towards Shimla. Along the way, you will pass through the bustling town of Solan, which is often referred to as the “Mushroom Capital of India,” due to its extensive mushroom cultivation.
Once you arrive in Shimla, you will check into your hotel, where you can unwind and refresh yourself. As the evening approaches, you will head out to explore the lively Mall Road, which is a popular spot for shopping and indulging in a variety of local and international treats.
As you explore the Mall Road, you must also visit the iconic Christ Church, which is a historic site that stands as a reminder of the town’s colonial past, and The Ridge, which is a flat landform standing on top of a large underground reservoir. After spending some quality time on the Mall Road, you will return to your hotel to enjoy a delicious dinner and to settle in for a restful overnight stay.
Today, wake up, have a sumptous breakfast and then you will start your exploration with a visit to the Jakhoo Temple, which is an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman. This temple holds great religious significance, as it is believed to be the spot where Lord Hanuman rested while carrying the Sanjeevani Booti. This famous temple is perched atop the Jakhoo Hill, which is considered as the highest point in Shimla. Here, you will not only be treated with the blessings of Lord Hanuman Ji, but will also witness breathtaking panoramic views of the town and the surrounding mountains.
After immersing yourself in the serene atmosphere and soaking in the stunning views of Jakhoo, you will head towards Kufri, which is a quaint and popular hill station near Shimla. On your way, you will pause at the Hassan Valley, which is also known as the Green Valley, and is renowned for its awe-inspiring views of dense pine and deodar forests. This lush green forest is considered as the densest forest in South Asia and it provides a perfect backdrop for some memorable photographs.
This will be followed by a short journey to Kufri, where you will embark on an exciting pony ride to the Mahasu Peak, which is the highest point in Kufri. As you ascend through the winding trails surrounded by towering trees, you will be rewarded with mesmerizing views of the snow-capped Himalayan ranges from the peak.
Next, you will visit the Kufri Zoo, which is home to a variety of Himalayan wildlife, including bears, leopards, wolves, and some rare antelope species, that are difficult to spot in their natural habitat.
After this, you will visit an amusement park to indulge in various in thrilling activities like zip-lining, reverse bungee jumping, and more, but the tickets are at your own expense.
In the evening, you will return to Shimla, where you have the option of either checking in back at your hotel, or you may take a leisurely stroll along the Mall Road. Later, you must return to your hotel for a hearty dinner and a restful night’s sleep.
Wake up to a fresh new day in Shimla, enjoy a healthy breakfast, and then prepare for your journey to Manali.
On your way to Manali, your first stop, will be in Bhuntar, which is a small town nestled in the Kullu Valley. Here, you will visit a renowned Shawl Factory, where you can observe the intricate art of shawl weaving, which is a craft passed down through generations. This is the perfect place to shop for exquisite handmade shawls, pashminas, and other traditional Himachali woollen items.
Your next stop will be at Naggar, which is a historic village that once served as the capital of the Kullvi State. Here, you will explore the Naggar Castle, which is an ancient structure dating back to the 15th century. This castle was once the residence of Kullu’s kings, and has now been transformed into a heritage hotel and museum. The castle’s unique blend of European and Himalayan architecture offers a captivating glimpse into the region’s royal history. Apart from that, it also offers a wonderful view of the Beas river valley and the snow-clad peaks.
After soaking in the history and charm of Naggar, you will resume your journey towards Manali and upon your arrival in Manali, you will check into your hotel to relax and unwind after a day of travel. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner before settling in for a restful night’s sleep.
Wake up to a refreshing new day in Manali, relish a scrumptious breakfast, and then you will embark on a sightseeing tour of Manali, which is a popular tourist destination in North India.
You will start your sightseeing tour by heading towards the Hadimba Devi Temple, which is a historic temple nestled within a tranquil cedar forest. This ancient temple is dedicated to Goddess Hadimba Devi (the wife of Bheem from the Mahabharata). The temple boasts of the unique local architecture and offers a serene & spiritual atmosphere.
This will be followed by a visit to the Van Vihar, which is a beautiful nature park that is known for its towering deodar trees and peaceful surroundings. Here, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll while breathing in the fresh mountain air.
From here, you have the option of either visiting the Club House or you may head towards Vashisht.
At the Club House, you can participate in various adventure activities such as zorbing, river crossing, etc. But, in case you choose to visit Vashisht, you will be visiting the Vashisht Temple and ithe famous Hot Springs. The Vashisth Temple is dedicated to the sage Vashisht, and is a place of spiritual significance, while the hot springs are known for their healing properties and offer a rejuvenating experience.
After enjoying the warm waters at Vashisth, you may opt for a short trek to the Jogini Falls, which is a beautiful waterfall near the Vashisht village. The scenic trail to the waterfall goes through apple orchards, across small streams, and into the pine forests, finally culminating near the refreshing Jogini waterfalls.
Later, you will visit the Tibetan Monastery, which is a peaceful sanctuary situated in the heart of Manali. This monastery, with its vibrant prayer flags, spinning prayer wheels, and stunning Tibetan architecture, invites you to reflect and soak in the calmness of the Buddhism.

Finally, you will head to the charming Old Manali Market, that is known for its bohemian vibe and eclectic shops that offer everything from handmade jewellery to unique clothing. In the evening, you will return to your hotel for a delightful dinner and a restful overnight stay.
Today, we suggest you to start your day early to make the most of your day, as the day is filled with lots of adventure packed activities.
After having an early breakfast, you will head out to the breathtaking Solang Valley, that is surrounded by majestic, snow-covered peaks, and is famous for offering a variety of thrilling activities such as paragliding, zorbing, and seasonal skiing. Here you can indulge in these adventurous activities, but at your own expense.
After spending some quality time at the Solang Valley, you have the option to explore either the Atal Tunnel or the Rohtang Pass (both are subject to weather conditions and availability).
If you choose to visit the Atal Tunnel, you will drive through this engineering marvel that spans over 9 kilometers, making it the world’s longest highway tunnel at an altitude exceeding 10,000 feet. The tunnel connects Manali to the Lahaul-Spiti Valley, giving you a wonderful opportunity of witnessing the dramatic change in landscape from lush greenery to rugged mountains on the other side. If you are interested in an overnight stay in Sissu, we will arrange the accommodation accordingly, but you will have to inform us at the time of booking and this stay might also affect the tour pricing.
Alternatively, if you opt to visit the Rohtang Pass, you will travel along winding mountain roads to reach this high-altitude pass that is located at an elevation of about 13,050 feet. Here, you’ll be treated to stunning panoramic views of glaciers, snow-capped peaks, and sprawling valleys. At Rohtang you will have numerous opportunities to indulge in various snow activities such as sledging, quad biking, and snowball fights, making it a perfect spot for some frosty fun.
Please Note: The access to Rohtang Pass and the Atal Tunnel depends on weather conditions and government regulations. If these sites are inaccessible, you will have to spend the extra time exploring the Solang Valley or other nearby attractions.
After this adventurous day, you will return to Manali in the evening, where you can spend the rest of the evening exploring Manali at your own pace before heading back to your hotel for a delightful dinner and a restful night’s sleep.
Today, start your day with a relaxed breakfast, and then prepare for a wonderful journey to Kasol, which is a charming village that is nestled in the Parvati Valley, and is often dubbed as “Mini Israel” due to its Israeli influence.
As you travel towards Kasol, you will have the option to experience the thrill of river rafting on the Beas River (but at your own expense). This adrenaline-pumping activity is conducted under the guidance of skilled professionals, and it allows you to navigate through the thrilling rapids while giving you an opportunity to observe the breathtaking scenery around you from a different perspective.
After an exhilarating rafting session, you will continue your journey into the heart of the Parvati Valley. Soon, you will reach Kasol, where you will check in to your cozy hotel to relax and freshen up. Spend the rest of the day exploring Kasol at your own pace. In Kasol, you can take a leisurely stroll along the riverbank, visit the cozy cafés, and immerse yourself in the laid-back vibe of this mystical village.
As the day ends, you must return to your hotel to enjoy a delicious dinner and to settle in for a restful night’s sleep.
Today, wake up to another refreshing new day in the stunning Parvati Valley, enjoy a hearty breakfast, and then you will head towards Manikaran, which is a sacred town renowned for its spiritual significance and natural wonders.
This small town is home to a Gurudwara as well as an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Rama. Manikaran is also famous for its hot springs, which are believed to have healing properties. Here, you can take a soothing dip in the hot waters to rejuvenate your senses, and then visit the temple as well as the Gurudwara to seek the blessings from the divine. After that, relish the delicious langar (a community meal) at the Gurudwara before departing back for Kasol.
Soon, you will return to Kasol to spend some final moments of relaxation in this popular village. Then, you will bid farewell to the Parvati Valley as you embark on your journey back to Chandigarh, taking with you unforgettable memories of your trip. We will ensure a smooth drop-off at your preferred location in Chandigarh, be it the airport, the railway station, or the ISBT.
