After an overnight journey from Delhi, you will be welcomed by our travel agent and he’ll accompany you to your hotel, where you may spruce up and snatch a little rest.
In the afternoon, you’ll be visiting the Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashisht Temple and Hot Springs, Van Vihar, Old Manali Market, the Mall Road and the Tibetan Monastery.
Later, you may go and explore the Mall Road or the nearby places on your own, and later return to your hotel for a generous supper and a soothing rest.
Start your day today with a sumptuous breakfast and prepare yourself for an exciting journey to Chandertal via Rohtang Pass.
We’ll take a small break at Rohtang where you may have some snacks, participate in adventure activities, click some photographs and savour the view.
After that we’ll drive towards Batal, where you may have your lunch. Post lunch, we’ll be heading towards Chandertal Lake and camp there for the night. Enjoy sitting around the bonfire, have delicious dinner and some chit chat along the bank of the lake.
Today, you will have your breakfast and we’ll the proceed towards Kunzum La, which is a high altitude mountain pass at an elevation of 4550 m above sea level. You’ll stop here to seek the blessings of Goddess Kunzum, who foresees the pass and the valley beyond.
Then, you will be visiting Kibber (4200m), a small yet the highest inhabited village in the World. Later, you will be visiting the Kye Monastery, which is one of the primary attraction of the Spiti valley.
After that, you will head towards Kaza, where you will be staying for the night. Here you may gra some restful sleep after having a delicious meal for dinner.
The Pin Valley in Spiti is popular for its flaura & fauna which includes the critically endangered Snow Leopard, Ibex, Himalayan Bear and the Himalayan Wolf.
After having your breakfast, you will be heading towards Tabo today. You’ll be taking a small halt to spend some time at the Kungri Monastery and to spot some wild creatures here.
Then you’ll be heading towards Tabo, where you will be visiting the famous Tabo Monastery, a more than 1000 year old monastery. This monastery is considered one of the holiest Buddhist site in the World.
Next morning, you’ll head towards Dhankar and visit the Gompa which is situated on the top of a cliff above the valley. In the ancient days, it served as a fort as well as the residence of a king of Spiti. The Gompa offers a mind-blowing view.
On the way back to Kaza, you will also be visiting the Lalung Gompa and you’ll reach Kaza by night, where you may retire for the day after having dinner.
Today, you will be heading back to Manali from the same route via, Kunzum La, Batal, Chatru and Rohtang Pass.
On reaching Manali, you may grab some rest with sweet alluring thoughts of your journey to Spiti and then continue your journey back home.
